Texas Driver DUI Kills Young Father

When the police arrived on the scene, they detected alcohol on Lopez’s breath, and he was subsequently charged with intoxication manslaughter, while receiving medical attention at the hospital.

It is disturbing that so many think they are above the law and that drinking and driving rules do not apply to them, when they clearly do,” Lee said.
