DLA Expands Its Forensic Accounting Group

Fairfield, NJ (Law Firm Newswire) January 21, 2014 – David Landau & Associates, LLC (DLA) is excited to announce the expansion of its forensic accounting group to include a wider-breadth of services surrounding the litigation process.  David Landau, the firm’s Founder & CEO, will lead the newly formed Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support practice, which will now operate as its own service line. DLA has been providing forensic accounting and certain litigation offerings for 13 years, and is pleased to announce a full suite of litigation support services to legal counsel and their clients, which will complement the firm’s existing forensic accounting capabilities.

In addition to Landau heading the new business group, DLA has recently hired Hannah Atterman, who will be an integral member of the team in providing financial expert support to the legal community and their clients.  Hannah will serve as a Senior Manager in the Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support group, and has over 35 years of experience in both public and private accounting.  Focusing exclusively on expert witness and litigation support services for the past 15 years, Hannah’s expertise is concentrated on investigative accounting and business valuation of closely held businesses for commercial disputes and matrimonial dissolution matters.  She began her career with traditional audit and tax consulting at “Big Eight” firms and later moved to Marcum LLC where she became the Director of the Business Litigation Group.  Hannah obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College, City University of New York with a major in accounting, and is also a CPA, ABV and CFF, CVA certified.
