NYCANNA LLC et al., Index No. 655480/2018, decided the issue of whether plaintiff EPMMNY LLC had capacity to initiate the November 2, 2018 lawsuit against Acreage et al. The Honorable Andrea Masley decided in favor of EPMMNY LLC, permitting the action to proceed.
