Tampa, Florida – Boohoff Law, P.A., a local Tampa personal injury law firm, is proud to announce its first-ever community “Cars and Coffee” event, scheduled to take place on July 25 from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The gathering will be hosted directly at the Boohoff Law office and its expansive parking lot.
Designed to bring together automotive enthusiasts, local businesses, and community members, this inaugural event aims to fill a significant cultural gap in central Tampa, where such morning automotive gatherings have historically been scarce. Organizers at Boohoff Law intend for this July 25 premiere to be the catalyst for a recurring series of events, fostering long-term community engagement and neighborhood solidarity.
While registration and attendance for the Cars and Coffee showcase are entirely free, the event carries a vital philanthropic mission. In lieu of a traditional admission fee, Boohoff Law requests that all attendees and participants bring a donated item to support Metropolitan Ministries, a highly respected local non-profit organization dedicated to serving at-risk and homeless populations in the Tampa Bay area.
The donation drive is specifically tailored to address the acute challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness or under-housing during Tampa’s notoriously hot and humid summer months. Attendees are strongly encouraged to contribute the following:
- Non-perishable food items with a high protein content, such as canned meats, peanut butter, protein shakes, and protein bars.
- Hygiene products and summer survival items, including sunscreen, travel-sized toiletries, and deodorant.
- Bottled water and electrolyte packets to provide essential hydration from the severe Florida heat.
“At Boohoff Law, our commitment to Tampa extends far beyond the courtroom,” said a representative for the firm. “We recognized an opportunity to create a fun, family-friendly environment that celebrates automotive culture while simultaneously addressing a pressing need in our backyard. The intense heat of a Tampa summer is incredibly dangerous for those without reliable shelter. By partnering with our neighbors and Metropolitan Ministries, we hope to provide meaningful support to those who need it most right now.”
The morning will feature a diverse array of vehicles on display, ranging from classic models to modern exotics, creating an exciting backdrop for community interaction. Local vendors will also maintain a presence at the event, offering morning refreshments and showcasing their products, further highlighting the vibrant local business ecosystem in central Tampa.
Boohoff Law, P.A. invites all Tampa residents, car clubs, and charitable community members to join them at the Boohoff Law parking lot for a laid-back morning of cars, coffee, and community on the morning of July 25. Together, the community can enjoy a morning of horsepower, coffee, and camaraderie while making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable neighbors.
