Revoking Access from Your Marketing Agency
Law Firm Newswire gives you full control over who can access your account. That means, sometimes, you will have to revoke access from a marketing agency that you no longer work with or was only working with you on a short-term project.
Whatever the reason, you can revoke access from an authorized user at any time by following these easy steps.
1. Login to your law firm’s account and locate the Profile tab in the left menu. Under Profile, select Manage Authorized Users.
2. You will see the agency that you’ve authorized listed on this page. Select the Disconnect button to the right of the Agency’s name.
3. Confirm that you want to disconnect your agency by selecting the Confirm button. If you’ve selected Disconnect in error, you can press Cancel.
